Bhushan hired me at Jewel of India, Manhattan in 1992 as a Dining Room Captain. I was mentored, trained by him in the proper mechanics of fine dining hospitality. Skills I have applied to a successful restaurant career to this day. His professional candor, intellect, tireless dedication to guest satisfaction; influenced me. May his soul rest in peace.
