Mr. Davenport was born December 15, 1968, to Mary Davenport and the late Arthur Douglas "Art" Davenport, in Maysville, KY.
Survivors including his mother Mary Davenport, are his sons, Nicholas (Brooklyn) Davenport, Jody Sapp, Anthony (Raegan) Moon; daughters, Marisa (Brent) Simmons, Tyra (Thristia) Davenport; grandsons Elliott, Kannon, Corbin and Weston; granddaughter, Paisley; his brother, Arthur (Teresa) Davenport; his sister, April (Jeff) Hunt; brother/nephew, Justin Hord; and several nieces and nephews.
Besides his father, proceeding Bill in death are his sister Donna Hord and brother-in-law Dale Hord; brother Christopher Davenport; maternal grandparents Richard and Mamie Davenport; paternal grandparents William and Elsie Davenport.
Services for William "Bill" Davenport will be at Brell & Son Funeral Home at 1p.m. Saturday, August 17, 2024, with Brother Bobby Joe Hunt officiating. Burial will follow at Charleston Bottoms Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Nicholas Davenport, Arthur Davenport, Jeff Hunt, Matthew Davenport, Nathan Davenport, Keith Hunt, Danny Davenport, Ronnie Fizer. Honorary pallbearers will be Anthony Moon, Marisa Simmons, and Tyra Davenport.
Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until the time of service.
