She was an employee of Wendy's for 25 years.
Billie loved Jesus. They had a close and personal relationship since she was 8 years old. Billie loved to take walks with her husband, John, all around the city of Pataskala. The community loved to see them walking down Broad Street together, always holding hands and chatting with anyone and everyone. Billie and her son had many adventures together including Bungee jumping, roller coasters, hiking, and airplanes. Billie loved playing with her grandchildren and making crafts with them. Neighbors often had a good laugh watching her play 'doggy' and 'horsey' in the front yard.
Preceded in death by mother Vergie Lore, sister Butchy Costlow, and daughter Patty Costlow.
She leaves behind, to cherish her memory, devoted husband, John Costlow; son, Brad Costlow; and grandchildren, Katelyn Marie Costlow and Emma Marie Costlow.
