Billie J. Hudson, 66, of Akron, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, December 10, 2025.
A daughter of the late John and Naomi Hudson, she was born on August 14, 1959 in Akron, Ohio.
Throughout her life, Billie enjoyed spending time with her fur babies, “the boys”, Tucker and Connor. She was an avid coffee drinker and spent a lot of time at home, relaxing and watching her favorite TV shows and listening to music. She loved her chosen family who cared for her all the way to the end. They will remember her for her big heart, her great listening ear, generosity, and spunkiness.
Billie is now resting in the arms of those she loved that have gone before her; those of her chosen family and former lovers.
Per her wishes, no formal services will be held and cremation has taken place. The family wishes to extend a special thank you to Crossroads Hospice and palliative care team A/B, specifically, Mary, Jackie, Kristi and Marissa for the care they provided and also to aides Dada and Shannon at Tranquility of Copley for all the love and care they provided.
