He was born November 21, 1970 in Spencer, a son of the late Arnold Ray and Oleta Olive Jarvis Parker. He was employed at Armacell in Spencer.
He is survived by his significant other, Helen Smith; children, Savannah, Justin, and Sarah Parker, Nancy Kendall, and Lawrence McKenzie; grandchildren, Sophia and Amelia Kendall and Knoxleigh Stewart; sister, Linda; and brothers, Ezra, Eddie, Edsel, Emil, Bobby, and Jackie.
There will be a private family graveside at the Parker Family Cemetery. A celebration of life will be held at noon on Friday, August 11, 2023at the Heritage Park Community Building in Spencer.
Taylor-Vandale Funeral Home in Spencer is in charge of the arrangements.
