Billie Jo Sherman, 75, passed away peacefully on August 15, 2025. She was born on April 19, 1950 in Dadeville, Alabama.
She was a loving wife and lived her days for her husband Jim. They were often found sitting side by side in their chairs drinking coffee on the front porch or watching a western in the den. Their love was like no other. Her joy came in spending time with her husband, kids, grandkids, extended family and friends. For twenty years Billie served the Montgomery Independent School District transporting the youth to and from school. She loved her job, the children she cared for and her co-worker friends.
She is preceded in death by; James “Jim” Elmer Sherman (husband), married December 9, 1977; father James Trupe Milner, mother Sara Pearl Welcher Milner, and sister Patsy Cotney.
Billie leaves behind her Son, Michael Osbourn (wife, Dawn); Son, Jason Erving (wife, Nicole); Daughter, Brandi Sherman; Daughter, Carol Moody; and Daughter, Kim Martin.
Grandchildren; Dylan (wife, Kelsey), Justin, and Krystin Osbourn; Jason Taylor Novak (wife, Avery), Jayden Ward (husband, Parker), Zachary and Troupe Erving, Bailey, Sherri, Caleb and Brynlee Rodriguez; Scooter Cooey (wife, Holly), Lauren Loveland (husband, Brandon), Melissa Duarte (fiance, Roman); and Kellar Martin.
Great Grandchildren; Rylan, Abel and Kohen Osbourn, Gauge Savage, Seth Parsons, John and Marshall Terramiggi; Jaxtyn and Colt Novak, Shelli Ward; Mckenzie and Cy Taylor, Ellie Cooey, Macree Duarte, Clara Nieto, Easton and Sawyer Loveland.
Pallbearers: Jason Taylor Novak, Zachary Erving, Parker Ward, Scooter Cooey, Justin Osbourn, Kellar Martin.
A visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 19, 2025 at Eickenhorst Funeral Services, located at 12412 FM 2854 Rd, Conroe, Texas 77304 from 2:00pm - 3:00pm with a graveside service to follow at New Montgomery Cemetery, located at 408 Old Plantersville Rd, Montgomery, Texas 77316.
