Billy Adams Obituary
Billy Auburn Adams, age 84 of McEwen, TN, passed away peacefully on Friday, November 22, 2024, at Humphreys County Care and Rehab in Waverly, TN He was born on August 27, 1940, to Juanita and Auburn Adams. A devoted family man, Billy cherished every moment spent with his loved ones. His passion for family gatherings and traveling brought immense joy to his life and created cherished memories that will be treasured by those who knew him. Billy proudly served his country in the United States Army, reflecting his deep sense of duty and commitment. His service is a testament to the values he lived by throughout his life.
Left to cherish his memory is his wife of 27 years, Mary Harvey Adams; step-children, Rebecca Brink (David) and John Hurt (Abby); grandchildren, Ben Brink (Kelsea), Bryant Brink (Anna), Stirling Hurt and Adair Hurt; great-grandchildren, Parker Brink and Atlas Brink; sister, Phyllis McCasland; niece, Shonda McCaslin and nephew, Mike McCasland.
Billy is preceed in death by his mother, Juanita Crowell Adams and father, Auburn Bell Adams.
A visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 26, 2024, beginning at 10:00 A.M. until the time of service at 1:00 P.M. at Luff-Bowen Funeral Home in McEwen, TN. John Hurt will officate the service. Interment will take place at Harvey Cemetery on White Oak Road in McEwen, TN.
Arrangments are entrusted to Luff-Bowen Funeral Home.
