Harry Willard Williams Jr.

Harry Willard Williams, Jr., age 83, of McEwen, TN, passed away on Saturday, November 1, 2025, at his residence surrounded by his family. He was born on January 21, 1942, in Camden, NJ, to the late Edith Mae Ochs Williams and Harry Willard Williams, Sr. Harry proudly served his country in the U.S. Navy for 6 years and the National Guard for 30 years. He volunteered at several VFWs. Harry was known by his family as a good provider. He always made sure his family was taken care of. Harry also enjoyed traveling, fishing and playing cards.
Left to cherish his memory is his son, Harry Willard Williams III; daughters, Denise O'Daniel (Richard), Diane Gary, and Deborah Jordan (James); 10 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild; sister, Bernice Hartman; mother of his children, Wilma Williams; and several nieces and nephews.
Along with his parents, Harry is preceded in death by his wife, Elizabeth "Libby" Ann Williams; brother, Robert Williams; sister, Leota Simpson; and brother-in-law, Donald Hartman.
