Mr. Billy was my neighbor for the past three years. He was a soft spoken and kind fellow. Never heard him ever raise his voice. I also new him in a professional circle where he was just as kind. Some nights, I would sit out on the balcony enjoying the nice breeze. I'd peak down to see him as well. He'd listen to whatever genre sparked my taste for the night and seemed to even enjoy my occasional singing with my daughter joining in as well. Farewell good neighbor. You are missed.
