The funeral service will follow the next day, January 18, 2025, starting at 3:00 PM, again at Golden Gate Funeral Home-Dallas, concluding at 4:00 PM the same day.
Billy's presence will be deeply missed by all who knew him, and his impact on their lives will continue to resonate in the hearts of his family and friends.
