Billy Carl Coffey

Billy Carl Coffey, age 83, of Rogersville, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, January 1, 2026 at his home. Billy was of the Baptist faith. He loved to listen to Bluegrass music and he loved his grandkids.
He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Leona Coffey; daughter, Karen Coffey Ward; grandson, Ryan Ward; sisters, Margie Justice, Mary Ann Manis; brothers, Johnny, Kenneth, Jimmy and Wayne Coffey.
He is survived by his loving wife of 38 years, Kathy Coffey; daughters, Linda Lawson (Herman Mayes), Amy Condra (Lance); grandsons, Travis Lawson (Deborah), Logan, Luke (Kadence), and Landon Condra (Abby); great-grandchildren, Peyton and Noah Lawson, Sutton, Emory, and Lorelai Condra; sister, Alice Bailey (Lowell); brother, EJ Coffey; special nephew, Jimmy Lynn Coffey; several nieces and nephews.
Family will receive friends from 12-2pm on Sunday, January 4th at Christian-Sells Funeral Home. Funeral Ceremony will begin at 2pm with Pastor Tim Johnson officiating. Burial will follow at Bailey-Coffey Cemetery. Gentlemen serving as pallbearers will be: Peyton Lawson, Noah Lawson, Logan Condra, Landon Condra, Luke Condra, and Jimmy Coffey.
