Billy W. Curry, 53, of Beech Grove, passed away on December 12, 2024. He was born on October 10, 1971 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania to William Schmit and Dottie (Curry) Cruise. Billy worked as a forklift operator for GXO Logistics Inc. for 14 years. He enjoyed fishing, hunting deer, traveling, camping, rebuilding his 64 1/2 Mustang and working on BMX bikes. Billy is preceded in death by his father, William Schmit. Memorial services will be held on Monday, December 23, 2024 at Hampton-Gentry Funeral Home starting at 7:00pm, where friends and family may visit from 5:00 pm until time of services. Billy is survived by his mother, Dottie (Curry) Cruise; sister, Nancy Ferrier; nephews, Joshua and Zachery Wade.

"Billy Wayne Curry was more than a friend to me he was more like a brother, he's the only person who would tell me if I was the one who was wrong, that's a real friend knowing him for 35 years we did everything together, worked on cars we played in the mud with the Volkswagen and dirt bikes we hunted,fished,boating we were at the lake almost every weekend, even went on vacations to the beach together and planned to live there, we also worked together at many different jobs but side by side Bill a.k.a Clint Eastwood to me will be missed greatly even though I feel Hollow inside I know we will meet up again someday.
