He is preceded in death by his parents, siblings, James Gipson, Barbara Martinez, Vonda Factor and Leslie Gipson.
Billy is survived by his wife, Amanda Gipson; sons, James Gipson and wife Ramona, Ronald Gipson and wife Juanita; grandsons, Corey Gipson and wife Elexis, Darrian Gipson, Memphis Gipson; two great grandsons, Carver Gipson and Thorin Gipson; sister in laws, Lucy Harjo, Wisey Harjo, Katherine Harjo, Polly Owl, Toni Fixico; brother in law, Willie Dean Harjo, along with numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Wake service will be held at 6:00 P.M., Monday, February 23, 2026 at Stout-Phillips Funeral Chapel in Wewoka, Oklahoma.
Funeral service will be held at 2:00 P.M., Tuesday, February 24, 2026 at Spring Baptist Church in Sasakwa, Oklahoma with Kellos Walker officiating, assisted by Frank Moppin and Willie Guient. Interment to follow at Davis Family Cemetery.
Pallbearers: Carl White, Johnathan White, Chris Gipson, Bear Gipson, Bo Whitekiller, Vernon Spottedcrow, Dino Gipson.
Honorary pallbearers: Nephews
