A graveside will be held Friday, February 6, 2026 at Hollywood Cemetery at 10 AM.
Billy was born in Bogue Chitto, MS on May 31, 1940 to the late Frank and Lorena Moak. He worked for the United States Postal Service for 30 years and after retirement enjoyed a part-time job driving cars. Billy was faithful member of Temple Hill Church of Christ in Smithdale, MS. He also enjoyed spending time with his family, whether that be traveling or camping with them. He was a great lover of animals, especially dogs.
He is preceded in death by his parents; his brothers Julian Moak and Bobby Moak; and his sister Mazie Brown.
He is survived by his wife of 61 years Jameline Jordan Moak; his daughter Wyndi Moak; along with other relatives and friends.
