Billy Gene Pipkin, 91, of Searcy, Ark., died Friday, Feb. 13, 2026. He was born on Dec. 20, 1934, in McRae, Ark., to the late Odey Lee and Hazel Pipkin.
Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife of 68 years, Patsy Jo Stone Pipkin, and brothers, Alfred and Odey J. "Bud" Pipkins.
Bill is survived by two sons, David Pipkin and Jeff Pipkin (Jo); grandson, Alexander Pipkin (Lauren), granddaughter, Rachel Pipkin Harville (Michael); and great-grandchildren, Jace Pipkin, Valerie Pipkin, Hollis Harville, Higden Harville and Harbor Harville.
Bill was a graduate of Beebe High School and was a member of the Arkansas National Guard during the Central High Crisis. Bill worked 32 years for Texas Eastern Transmission Co. in Bald Knob, and later owned and operated Bill Pipkin Auto Sales also in Bald Knob.
Visitation will be held on Monday, Feb. 23, from 1-2 p.m. at Smith-Westbrook Funeral Home at 404 W. Dewitt Henry Drive, Beebe, Ark. A graveside service will immediately follow at Antioch Cemetery. Online guestbook at www.smith familycares.com.
