Billy was a resident of Keithville, Louisiana. He was born on April 16, 1955, in Leaksville, North Carolina to Bernice and Inez Pryor and passed away on Monday, May 20, 2024, in Bossier City, Louisiana.
Billy was married on November 16, 1986, to the love of his life, Janet Pryor. His hobbies included riding his Harley, hunting, camping, fishing, and just being outdoors. He was a devoted father and grandfather (Pop).
He is preceded in death by his parents, Bernice and Inez Pryor; and his sister, Tammie. Left to cherish his memory is his wife, Janet Pryor; sons, Darrell Pryor and Grant Pryor; daughter, Kindall Pryor Stone; sister, Debra Pryor; and his grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials may be made to the Toby Keith Foundation.
