Blair Panzica Obituary
Blair loved spending time with her family, traveling, the ocean, fishing, being outside, and spending time in her home.
Blair was preceded in death by her maternal grandmother, Inez Seminerio.
Blair is survived by her parents, DeWayne (of Belleville, IL) and Sharon Cox (nee Seminerio) of O'Fallon, IL; her beloved wife, Patricia Panzica of St. Charles, MO; one child, Sparrow Panzica of St. Charles, MO; three sisters, Brie-Anne (Scott) Obernuefemann of Caseville, IL, Brinkley (Justin) Smith of Crestwood, MO, Kelley (Matt) Geralds of Marissa, IL; and five nieces and nephews, Elena Obernuefemann, Layla Obernuefemann, Grace Strong-Geralds, Faith Geralds, and Owen Geralds.
Memorial donations may be made to Stray Rescue of St. Louis; https://www.strayrescue.org/donate. Condolences may be extended online at www.schildknechtfh.com.
A private celebration of life is to be held.
