Zion Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 9:30 A.M. until 11 A.M. at First Baptist Church. Services under the direction of Rockett-Nettles Funeral Home.
Blake was born April 9, 1994 in Shreveport, LA and passed away November 16, 2024. Blake graduated from Riverdale Academy in 2012, where he enjoyed playing football, basketball, and golf. Although, I'm pretty sure golf was just an excuse to get to go off and be with his friends. But he cherished the friendships made at Riverdale. Blake enjoyed time spent with his friends, didn't have to be doing anything special just being together was enough for him. He was never lost for words, oh how he loved to talk to people, it didn't matter if they were young or old he could start a conversation like he had known them forever. Blake decided he wanted to become a welder, so he began the Welding Program at Northwest Louisiana Technical College and received his certification in Welding Technology. He enjoyed learning the trade under Mr. Chris Fletcher and fell in love with welding immediately. His dream was to weld on a pipeline, but back issues prevented this dream from coming true. So, he began his own business, where he welded for local people. Blake was loved by his family and friends and will be dearly missed.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Fred and Minnie Moseley; and maternal great-grandparents, Ruffin and Opal Longino and Jack and Bessie Dickson.
Blake is survived by his parents, Jack and Sharon Moseley; brother, Brian Moseley and wife Dana and their daughter, Savanah; maternal grandparents, Wayne and Carrie Longino; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends.
Pallbearers will be Jason Moseley, Joshua Longino, Jared Longino, Thomas Wilson, Jon Ashton Smith, Cody Johnson, Jon Lee, and Paul Trader. Honorary pallbearers will be Maddox Vice, Clay Trader, and Josh Canterbury.
