Blanche Allen Malone, age 93, of Catlettsburg, KY, went home to be with her Heavenly Father on November 29, 2025.
Blanche was born as in the fleeting days of summer, on September 11, 1932. She was the blessing of the late Sheridan Flint and Emma Alcorn Allen. She attended Thomas R. Brown High School before settling down to raise a family with her late husband, Davis Malone. Blanche made her family her priority. She made sure her home was filled with love, support, and the smell of a homecooked meal. Blanche really found joy in cooking for family. Blanche could see the beauty in almost anything, but she especially found it in her flowers. Blanche embraced the peace she found when working in her garden. She really enjoyed decorating her home, but when it came to decorating the church she was most rewarded. Blanche was an active member of the Southside Church of the Nazarene. Her faith was unwavering and her devotion to her church and God was truly an example to all.
Blanche had a gentle heart that touched the lives of so many. She was loved beyond words and will be missed beyond measure.
Blanche leaves behind her children Jackie Hall of Ashland, KY, Paula Visconti of Catlettsburg, KY, Eric Boyd of Catlettsburg, KY, and Tracy Boyd also of Catlettsburg, KY, seven precious grandchildren of whom she adored, Michelle Stewart (Chris), Sierra Elswick, Jarred Visconti, Ashley Visconti, Cody Sheridan, Nicholas Visconti, and Erica Burton, six great-grandchildren, Hannah, Haleigh, Rylie(Tucker), Emma, Gennaro, Dominic, and Layla, and three great-great grandchildren, Dawson, Kyah, and BayLynn. Also surviving is many extended family members and friends.
In addition to her late parents, Blanche is enjoying a Heavenly reunion with her husband of 45 years, Davis Malone, one great-great grandchild Dealin Bear, one brother Paul Allen, one sister Barbara Anderson, and a special cousin Faye Stanley.
A funeral service to honor the life of Blanche will be held on Monday, December 8, 2025, beginning at 1pm at Kilgore & Collier Funeral Home, located at 2702 Panola Street,
