**Obituary for Blanche Alexander Manuel**
Blanche Alexander Manuel, the youngest of 13 siblings, passed away peacefully on January 7, 2025, just days shy of her 87th birthday. Born on January 17, 1938, in Columbus, GA, Blanche would go on to make her home in Canton, OH, where she touched many lives through her work and passion for beauty.
A proud high school graduate, Blanche found her calling in the world of cosmetology, becoming a Master Beautician, whose skill and creativity transformed countless hairstyles over the years. Her talent and dedication were not just professions; they were an art form that brought joy and confidence to those she served.
Beyond her professional life, Blanche was a vibrant member of her community, known for her love of family gatherings and local events. Whether it was a family reunion or a neighborhood celebration, she thrived in the company of her loved ones. She had a special fondness for seek and find puzzles, often engaging her family and friends in friendly competition that brought laughter and connection.
She was preceded in death by her parents Isham and Blanche Alexander; her daughter Regina Easley; and her husband Tillman Manuel Jr. Blanche is survived by her sons Tillman Manuel III (Ann), and Freddie Manuel (Lois); grandchildren Gregory Easley, Koby Easley, Robert Manuel, Donchelle Manuel, and Tillman Manuel IV, Bryant Manuel, Gary Manuel, and Quashundra Manuel; numerous great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on January 13, 2025, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Reed Funeral Home 705 Raff Road SW Canton, OH 44710 where family and friends will gather to celebrate her life and share fond memories.
