Blithe Robin

Robin Blithe, age 59, passed away on Sunday, February 2, 2025, at Christiana Hospital.
A graduate of Goldey-Beacom College with an associate's degree, Robin dedicated her career to tax preparation and accounting. Above all, her greatest joy was her family. A nurturing and devoted soul, Robin's presence as the family caretaker will be deeply missed.
Robin had a wide range of interests. She loved visiting the beach-any beach!-and enjoyed collecting angels and dolls. Concerts were a passion of hers, and she was always eager to attend. Robin also had a keen interest in learning about "the other side," often fascinated by psychics and mediums. Her love for lively debates, particularly on political topics, was well known.
She was predeceased by her fiancée, Thomas Carrol. Robin is survived by her children, Stephen Schmidt, Charlie Blithe, and Nathan Blithe-Sans; her mother, Charla Bendinsky; her stepfather, Donald Bendinsky; her father, Stephen J. Schmidt; her sisters, Debbie Schmidt and Bonnie Dusseau; her grandchildren, Kasia Schmidt and Finn T. Schmidt; and her godmother, Dianne Schmidt.
In keeping with Robin's wishes, all services will be private.
