Robert A. Burlock was born on June 23, 1950 in Berlin. He attended Berlin High School and worked as a truck driver.
Robert A. Burlock is survived by his wife, Linda Burlock, his son Christopher Burlock, his daughter Raegan Burlock, and his brother Floyd Burlock. He is preceded in death by his father Clifford Burlock, his mother Cecile Burlock, and his brothers Clifford Burlock and Harold Burlock.
