He graduated from Ralls High School and went on to graduate from the University of Texas A&M. He then went on to have a successful 27 year career in the United States Army during which he met his wife, Gayle Crane. They went on to have a daughter, Kim, and a son, Rob.
George will always be remembered for his kind and loving nature. He was an honorable man and was known for always thinking of others.
We could not have asked for a better parent, and will miss him every day.
