Bob Kincheloe

Bobby "Bob" Kincheloe, a true one-of-a-kind soul, passed away on June 13, 2025, at the age of 71. Visitation will be 12 PM until 2 PM Wednesday followed by a Memorial service at 2 PM at Myers & Smith Chapel.
Born on July 6, 1953, in Terminal, TX to parents Bobby Gene Kincheloe, Sr. and June (Baker) Kincheloe. He married his beloved wife, Gwen Clark, on October 10, 1992, in Las Vegas, a union that brought them countless joyful memories.
Bob proudly served in the Army National Guard's Artillery Unit for 14 years, showcasing his dedication and love for his country. He went on to work at Birdsong Peanuts and Caperal Foraging, before becoming the director of operations for the cemetery in Eastland-a role he fulfilled with care and compassion. After 20 years at Big Spring State Hospital, he celebrated a well-earned retirement.
A member of the 49th Armor Division and the NRA, Bob had an adventurous spirit. He took to motorcycles at the tender age of eight and never looked back, enjoying the thrill of racing riding lawn mowers just for fun. A collector of golf balls and a lover of photography, Bob captured life's moments in all their beauty. He adored his sweet feline companion, Gracie.
Bob is survived by his devoted wife, Gwen Kincheloe; his brothers, Roy (Glenda) and Cliff (Kathy) Kincheloe; his cherished nieces and nephew, Eliza (Ryan) McGraw, Allison Kincheloe, Holly Bayes, and Eric Kincheloe; as well as his close camping buddies, David (Elizabeth) Correa and Allen (Andi) Winn. He leaves behind countless fond memories and a community that will miss him dearly.
Honorary pallbearers will include David Correa, Allen Winn, Jim Archer, Roy Kincheloe, Cliff Kincheloe, and Derle Harbuck.
The family will be at 2516 E. 24th St for visitors.
