BOBBIE BRACKEEN Obituary

BOBBIE BRACKEEN Bobbie was born on October 25, 1943, in Chickasha, Okla., to Robert and Marie Roysden. She was preceded in death by her parents, Marie and Robert Roysden and her brother, Walt Roysden. Bobbie is survived by her husband, Dennis; children - Mike Burch, Zachary Burch and wife, Linda, Teddy Burch and wife, Dena, Geoffrey Burch and wife, Sandra, and Rhett Brackeen and wife, Meagan. Her grandchildren are Andrew Burch, Brendon Weaver, Jacob Weaver, Gabrielle Weaver, Destiny Howard, Maris Howard, Margo Brackeen, and Ruby Brackeen; great-grandchildren are Adam Stroope, Aurora Stroope, Asher Stroope, and Ava Weaver. She was always quick to strike up a conversation and establish friendships with folks she had just met. She was eager to lend a hand and help others through any situation they faced. Bobbie was one of Jehovah's Witnesses and was part of the congregation in Shawnee. She was confident in God's promise of a new world to come when there will be no more anxiety, sickness or death. She loved to talk about what these promises meant to her and to help others to know that better times are ahead. She will be greatly missed by all who love her, but she would want all to know that she will only be gone for a little while. She knew that the fulfillment of John 5:28,29 which says: "Do not be amazed at this, for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out..." is assured.

Bobbie was an amazing lady and such a sweet friend. I had the pleasure of doing her hair for many years and always looked forward to her appointments. We shared laughs, happy times and sad times. She loved my family and was a true friend to us all. Thoughts and prayers are sent for Dennis, the boys and their families. Rest in peace sweet lady. You were loved.
