Services for Bobbie B. Hafford Washington, age 86, will be held at 10:00 A.M., Saturday, August 24, 2024 in the Crosier-Pearson Cleburne Chapel. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Cemetery. Visitation will be 6:00-8:00 P.M., Friday, August 23, 2024 at the funeral home.
Bobbie passed away peacefully on Monday, August 19, 2024, at Heritage Trails Nursing Home in Cleburne, TX. She was born December 5, 1937, in Cleburne, to LD and Inita Hafford. She was a 1956 graduate of Booker T. Washington High School. She married Charles B. Washington on April 25, 2000, in Cleburne. She worked as a seamstress for Wall’s Manufacturing until her retirement in 1981. She’s an avid sports fan and loved her 49ers! She sold Avon, ran game boards, and was well known in her community.
She is survived by her children, Julie & Keith Taylor, Robert & Michelle Jones, and James & Debra Jones. Stepchildren; Newman, Charles, Carolyn, and Annette Washington. 10 grandchildren, 29 great-grandchildren, and 3 great great-grandchildren.
