Bobbie Elaine Robertson Schultz was 81 years old, of Aransas Pass, Texas, and passed away on December 8, 2024, at her home. Bobbie was born on September 5, 1943, in Jasper, Texas to Lulu Poe and Willard Adkins Robertson.
In 1962, Bobbie graduated from Lovington High School in Lovington, New Mexico, and the University of Texas at El Paso. She taught elementary school for many years.
Bobbie was active as a Cub Scout and Girl Scout leader. Bobbie's passion became gardening. She was a member of the master gardeners and well as The Garden Club here and in north Texas.
Bobbie was preceded in death by her parents W.A. and Lulu Robertson of Brady, Texas, and her brother Paul Allen Robertson of Kingsland. Bobbie leaves behind her husband Stephen, her daughter Melissa Chapman and her daughters Victoria, Alexandra, and Mackenzie of Aransas Pass, TX, her great-granddaughter Willow, her son Michael Emsley of Denison, Texas, and many cousins.
She will be immensely missed.
An inurnment will be held at the Prairie View Cemetery in Aransas Pass, Texas.
Please plant wildflowers in a park in her memory.
The family asks, in lieu of flowers, to continue Bobbie's honor please donate to the Alzheimer and Dementia Foundation or Cancer Society.
