Bilbrey Funeral Home and Cremation Service - CrossvilleBobby Edd Allen, age 90, of Crossville, TN, passed away at Life Care Center of Crossville on August 27, 2025.
Mr. Allen was born on March 17, 1935, in Ozone, TN, son of the late Grover Sedley Allen and Mildred Mae (Morris) Allen.
Bobby was a teacher, coach, and a salesman. Many knew him as “The Candy Man”. He was a member of Cumberland Homestead Baptist Church
He is survived by his wife of 41 years, Patricia Carol (Winters) Allen; daughter, Kathy Cox; sons, Keith Allen (Buffy) and Blake Allen (Kiley); 15 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren; he also had 3 nieces and 3 nephews.
In addition to his parents, Bobby is preceded in death by 2 infant daughters; and his twin brother, Billy Allen.
He loved his family, his UT Vols, and his Lord Jesus Christ.
A Memorial Service will be held at Cumberland Homestead Baptist Church on Tuesday, October 7, 2025, at 6:00 PM. Family will receive friends from 5:00 to 6:00 prior to the service.
