Bobby J. Bigham, Jr., 71, of Arlington, Texas, passed away on February 27, 2025. He was born on February 26, 1954, in Fort Worth, Texas to Bobby Bigham, Sr. and Dorothy Raye (Ingram) Bigham.

Bob was a Christian man of integrity, a devoted husband, and a dedicated father. At 17 he formed his first company as a paint contractor, which developed into building homes, which he did for several years. This company later developed into opportunities for him and his family to move to Hawaii. By being there, he had the opportunity to meet a Japanese businessman that transformed his company into a consulting business in the semiconductor field. He worked mainly with a large company from Tokyo and companies in Silicon Valley and was the intermediary between the cultures. Bob’s self-taught ambition and ability to build relationships and learn to connect cultures was a great virtue of his success. Bob's work ethic, perseverance, honesty, and resilience became the foundation of his legacy.

Bob met the love of his life, Renee Bush, at 17 in a chance meeting with a neighbor who introduced them, and it was love at first sight. Initially after meeting Bob, her father informed him he was too old to date his daughter, but he soon gave in and learned about the man that Bob would become. This blossomed into a 48-year marriage filled with love, respect, and mutual admiration. Bobby and Renee were blessed with twins, Shane and Shannon, who became the center of Bob’s world.

Music was also a great passion for Bob. He enjoyed playing various stringed instruments, sharing the joy of music with his family and influencing his daughter Shannon to sing, forging cherished memories that will live on in the hearts of those who knew them.

Bob's love for his 1966 Ford Mustang was well known, as he poured years of work into making it a car fully loaded with the maximum amenities for its time. Modeling it after his first car that was handed down from his sister, Kathie. The Mustang remains a symbol of Bob’s determination and persistence, as well as his passion for precision and excellence.

An avid outdoorsman, Bob enjoyed fishing and hunting. His spirit of adventure and his love for the outdoors were matched only by his love for his family and friends.

Bob's life was defined by his love for the Lord and his desire to help others in need. He attended church every Sunday, even after he started to have tremendous pain. Bob was one of the original founders of Mission World, which has led to mission work in several different countries. He showed resilience in the face of adversity, and a deep commitment to the ones he loved. His legacy will forever resonate through the cherished memories of his family and the indelible mark he left on those who had the privilege of knowing him.

Bob is survived by his loving wife, Renee Bigham; children, Shannon Allsbrook (husband Brady) and Shane Bigham; grandchildren, AJ and Holden; Sister, Kathie Miley; and a host of extended family and friends. His passing leaves a hole in the hearts of all who knew him, but his spirit will live on through the love he gave and the legacy he built.
