Bobby Lynn Burns

Bobby Lynn Burns, 76, of Dyersburg, died Saturday, March 28, 2026, at West Tennessee Healthcare Dyersburg. Born January 30, 1950, he was preceded in death by his parents, J.T. and Flossie Viola Hurst Burns. He retired as a factory worker.

Funeral services will be at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, April 1,2026, in the Chapel of Curry Funeral Home with interment to follow at Fairview Cemetery.

The family will receive friends Wednesday, April 1st beginning at 11:00 a.m. until service time at the funeral home.

Clint Burns, Jason Enochs, Christian Enochs, Carydale Enochs, A.J. Enochs and Tim Enochs will serve as pallbearers.

He is survived by his daughter, Misty Oliva (John) of Newbern; his son, Robert Burns of Rutherford; three sisters, Dianne Kelley of Dyersburg, Nita Enochs of Henning, Lyda Bulloch of Ripley, MS; one brother, Nathan Burns of Dyersburg; and his granddaughter, Madison Burns of Newbern.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Ray Hurst and Tom Burns.
