Bobby Louis Clark was born the oldest son of Christian parents, Louis and Evelyn Clark, in Harrison, AR on July 22, 1936.
Bob graduated from Valley Springs High School in 1954. He worked at many jobs, including following the wheat harvest, cutting timber in the mountains of New Mexico, picking apples in Washington, and selling insurance.
In September of 1955, Bob was severely injured in a farm tractor accident which crushed his face, he endured a long recovery; however, just a few months later, he was on his way to Michigan to spend time with family and experience new adventures.
In September of 1960, Bob married Marilyn Kay Stafford Clark in Harrison, AR. To this union two daughters were born, Kim and Cindy. God and also Bob’s love of truck sales brought this family to Oklahoma in 1970 where they have resided since. He retired after 19 years with Scrivner Grocery Company but spent the rest of his working years in truck sales.
Bob passed into the Lord’s arms on Wednesday, December 6. During his memory loss, Bob would still pray before dinner and continued to recite the Lord’s Prayer. He never lost his faith in God, trusting in God’s care.
