Bobby Ray Comer

Bobby Ray Comer, 84, of Ramseur, passed away Friday, January 30, 2026 at Ramseur Health and Rehabilitation.

Funeral Services, Friday, February 6, 2026 at 2:30 PM at Loflin Chapel in Ramseur, with burial at Whites Memorial Baptist Church Cemetery, Franklinville.

Officiating, Rev. Alan Ritter and Rev. Eddie Hill.

Bobby was a native of Moore County and a longtime resident of Ramseur. He was employed by Dick Weeks Construction as a lineman for fifteen years before retiring from Eveready Battery Company after twenty years of service. Bobby loved Nascar racing, riding motorcycles with his friend, Bobby Greene, traveling to the Greensboro Coliseum for NWA wrestling matches, watching old westerns, and cherry cigars. He was preceded in death by his parents, Charlie and Margaret Brewer Comer, sister, Grace Comer, brothers, Arnold Comer and Ervin Comer, and close friends, Bud Maness and Don Campbell.

Bobby is survived by his wife, Cindy Pugh Comer, of the home, daughter, Kimberly Comer Allred and husband, Chester, of Ramseur, grandsons, Samuel Allred of Liberty, and Jackson Allred and fiancé, Laci Lamb, of Franklinville, step daughter, Kristi Staley, of Siler City, sister-in-law, Virginia Comer, niece, Cathy Rich, nephew, Richard Comer, and great nephew, Brayden Rich, and his dog, "Zipper".

Visitation will be on Friday, February 6, 2026 from 1:15 Pm to 2:15 PM at Loflin Funeral Home in Ramseur.
