Bobby Neal Cothron was born in Hartsville TN to Helen Virginia Dies Cothron and Billy Cothron. Mr. Cothron attended Trousdale County High School and was a forever Trousdale County supporter. Throughout his life, he always cut grass as a side hustle. He worked for Tri-County Gas and Oil for 43 years until his retirement. After retirement, he drove a bus for his beloved Trousdale County School System. Mr. Cothron was a member of Hillcrest Baptist Church. He enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren and collecting Texaco memorabilia.
Mr. Cothron is survived by his wife of 60 years, Lillian Claiborne Cothron; daughter: Angela (Darrell) Holland; son: Bill (Lora) Cothron; 7 grandchildren: Mitch (Lacey) Gregory, Kyle (Stacey) Gregory, Shelby (E.J.) Perry, Neal (Kristen) Cothron, Cameron (Chloe) Cothron, Morgan Cothron, and Grayson Cothron; and 11 great-grandchildren: Huck, Indie, and Ike Gregory, Luke and Lily Gregory, Elli and Emmi Perry, Easton, Gannon, and Paisley Cothron, and Ridge Cliburn. He is preceded in death by father Billy Wilson Cothron and mother Helen Virginia Dies Cothron.
