Bobby Ray was born April 16, 1938, in Stone County Arkansas to Clarence D. and Julia (Helms) Fulks. He graduated from Eudora High School in 1956 and raised his family in Eudora. Bob worked for the Federal Government as a lithographic supervisor at the printing plant at Ft. Leavenworth KS until retirement. He loved to fish, his favorite places to fish was Table Rock Lake and Grand Lake.
He enjoyed carpentry work, he was a excellent carpenter, wood working and carving. Bob enjoyed the simple things reading books doing puzzles he was very content. He had a love for family and grandchildren He is loved and will missed by all.
Preceded in death by parents Brothers Estes Fulks, Jim Fulks, Bill Fulks, E.L. Fulks and sister Ruby Dewey.
Survivors: Son Mark (Nancy) Fulks of Mesa, AZ daughter Stephanie Liebig of De Soto, KS sister Laverne Graves of Baldwin City, KS. Grandchildren Nicholaus, Lauren, Joshua, Brandon and Sydnie. Great grandchildren Ezra, Maverick, Annabella, Troy, Marley, Lily, Lexi and Urijah.
