Bobby Grover Obituary
He was born August 30, 1958, in Chicago, Illinois, to the late Harold and Patty Grover Bobby was raised in Alexandria, Virginia. He worked in the construction industry and loved his Nebraska Cornhuskers, Washington Redskins/Commanders, and NASCAR.
Bobby also loved fishing with his buddy Matt and spending time with his son, Dustin, and longtime friend Cindy and her dog, Bootsie.
Bobby is survived by his son, Dustin Deavers; brother Benny Grover; sisters Rita-Suzie Stone, Mitzi Devers (Billy) and Shari Stone (Ricky); and numerous nieces and nephews.
Bobby was preceded in death by his parents, Harold and Patty Grover.
The family will receive friends from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. on Monday, December 29, 2025, at Covenant Funeral Service, Fredericksburg. A graveside service will follow at 12 p.m. at Sunset Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers will be Dustin Deavers, Shawn Stone, Maddox Grover, Kevin Donald Jr., Adrian Loper, and Josh Stone.
In lieu of flowers, please consider donating to the American Legion in Colonial Beach, Virginia.
