Bobby was born to the late Loraine (Scott), and Killis Hall in Somerset, KY. He was a U.S. Army Vietnam veteran and retired from CSX.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Gerald "Pete" Hall, Laurence "Bo" Hall, and Mike Hall, and sister, Carolyn Nipper.
Bobby is survived by his wife of 40 years, Alice (Johnson) Hall; children, Oliver Hall, and Jane Nuckols (Daniel); brother, Thomas Hall, and sisters, Margie Williams, and Roselle "Tootie" Sandford.
His funeral will be at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, October 21, 2025, at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway, with burial at Evergreen Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 2:00 – 7:00 p.m. Monday at Owen Funeral Home.
