Bobby Ray Phillips

Bobby Ray Phillips, age 74, passed away on March 5, 2026. Bobby is survived by his faithful companion, his beloved dog, "the good boy," Cash. He was the beloved father of Michael (Karen) and Jason (Jacklyn), and the proud grandfather of Darren, Michael, Andrew, Kyle (Lauren), Brianna, and Ryan (Lindsey). He was the cherished brother of Charles (Michelle) Phillips, Debby (Bob) Palazzolo, Perry (Jan) Phillips, Carol (Larry) DeBone, Danny Phillips, Judy (Wayne) Nowawski, Mark Phillips, and Donna Sciortino, and was preceded in death by his brother Steve Phillips.

Born and raised in Alabama, Bobby carried a deep love and pride for his home state throughout his life. He proudly served his country in the United States Army before building a long career with JAC Products Automotive, from which he later retired.

Bobby was a devoted father and grandfather who loved spending time with his family. He especially enjoyed attending his sons' sporting events, always cheering them on with pride. In his free time, Bobby liked shooting pool, playing poker, and relaxing with a Blue Moon. Above all, he cherished the time he spent with his brothers, sisters, and loved ones.

Visitation will take place Sunday, March 8, 2026, from 2:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m., with a 6:30 p.m. funeral service, at Bagnasco & Calcaterra Funeral Home, 13650 Fifteen Mile Road, Sterling Heights. His interment will take place on Monday, March 9, 2026 at 10:00am at Cadillac Memorial Gardens East.
