Bobby Walker was born on September 27, 1969 to Bobby Walker, Sr. and Joan Sewell Walker. He passed away on October 22, 2024.
Bobby was a dearly loved husband, dad, son, brother and uncle. He served in the United States Navy with dedication and pride. After his military service, he found his calling in education, where he made an impact as a teacher and principal for over 28 years. In addition to his careers, Bobby was an advocate for animals, rescuing over 40 dogs and providing homes to many.
Bobby was a passionate scuba diver who enjoyed exploring the serenity and beauty of the underwater world. He also had a deep love for travel, experiencing diverse cultures and hanging out with the locals. One of his favorite places to be was the Virgin Islands.
Above all, Bobby cherished spending time with his family, friends, and beloved dogs. His sense of humor and enthusiasm touched the lives of many, and his spirit will live on in the memories shared by those who knew him.
Bobby is survived by: his wife, Beth, daughter, Brittney, mother Joan, sister, Lisa & her husband Cary, seven nieces (Carli, Cara, Kristi, Brittney, Mary, Dakota & Haley) three nephews (Walker, Ryan & Renato) other cherished family and close friends. He was preceded in death by his father and best friend, Bobby Walker, Sr., his father in law Thomas Bassham, his grandmother Cissy Baker, his nephew Tommy Bassham, brother in law Dwayne Smith and other important loved ones.
Bobby will be deeply missed but never forgotten.
