Bobby Washburn Obituary
He was preceded in death by his father, Alfred Washburn, mother, Audrey Tebo, brother, John Washburn, and sister, Alsie White.
Left to cherish his memories are his wife of 68 years, Sue Washburn, son, Joe Washburn (Jennifer), grandson, Joseph Washburn (Rebecca), great-granddaughter, Ruby Washburn, and several nieces and nephews.
Mr. Washburn was a member of Glencoe First Baptist Church where he served as a deacon and taught Sunday School at the nursing home for 40 years. He loved to play golf, cards, working in the yard, and he especially loved children. His great-granddaughter, Ruby, was the light of his life.
Mr. Washburn was a graduate of Oneonta High School and Gadsden State Community College with an Associate's Degree.
