Bonita Marie Snell

Bonita Marie Snell, 73, of Urbana, Indiana, died at 6:00 am, Tuesday, December 16, 2025, at her home. She was born on June 25, 1952, in Marion, Indiana, to Ernest and Mary Lou (King) Fetrow.
Bonita was a 1970 graduate of Southwood High School. She married Michael Snell, her high school sweetheart, on November 8, 1970 in LaFontaine, Indiana. Bonita was a member of the Wabash Church of Christ, the Urbana Lions Club, the Fascinating Women's Club, and the Rebel Rousers Car Club. She loved serving in anything that Michael was involved in, such as ECHO Racing, where she was a track official and helped with registration, the Halloween car shows, and she also served with Michael in the US Air Force Auxiliary.
She is survived by her husband, Michael Snell of Urbana; two children, Matthew Snell of Urbana, and Alisha Snell of Marion, Indiana; two granddaughters, Kaitlyn Snell and Latisha Snell; father, Ernest Fetrow of Wabash; and two brothers, Chris Fetrow of Wabash, and John Fetrow of Marion. She was preceded in death by her mother, Mary Lou Fetrow.
Funeral services will be 7:00 pm, Friday, December 19, 2025, at Grandstaff-Hentgen Funeral Service, 1241 Manchester Avenue, Wabash. Friends may call from 5-7 pm Friday, at the funeral home.
Preferred memorial is Urbana Lions Club.
