Bonnie Caddel Obituary
Bonnie Jean Caddel, 89, of Uvalde, TX passed away on January 23, 2025, at The Veranda Senior Living.
Bonnie was born on Sept 27, 1935 in Sabinal, TX to Clifford & Myrtle Gooding. She lived most of her life in Houston, TX where she worked as a secretary for Sulzer Pumps until she retired.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Earle Caddel, her daughter, Belinda Dornbusch, and her parents.
She is survived by her son, Brian Dornbusch, of Cypress, TX, her daughter, Lisa Vanderbilt and husband, Kirk, of Knippa, TX; four grand-children: Scott Vanderbilt and wife, Mandy, Kayla Justice and husband, Jacob, Tara Vanderbilt and Aaron Dornbusch. She was a proud great-grandparent to four great-grandchildren, with one on the way.
A celebration of life will be held at Rushing Estes Knowles Mortuary at 410 Cullins Ave, Sabinal, TX at 2pm on February 1, 2025. Interment will follow at Sabinal Cemetery.
Donations are welcome in lieu of flowers to The Veranda Senior Living, Uvalde, Tx at verandaassistedliving.com or to the Uvalde Memorial Hospice at www.umhtx.org/donate.
