Bonnie J. Jacobsen, age 81, of Pearson, died on April 1, 2025 at her home. She was born on June 25, 1943 in Mole Lake, a daughter of Emil and Edna (Boers) Bauknecht. She married Theodore Jacobsen, Sr. on April 9, 1969 in Green Bay. He preceded her in death on May 30, 2017.
Bonnie was a waitress at Leffel's Supper Club and Wheeler's Anchor Inn. She worked in housekeeping at Eastview Nursing Home for 10 years and also did home health care. For the past 20 years she owned and operated Northern Hideaway RV Park and Campground.
Bonnie loved baking and cooking, she collected cook books, having published her own. She loved the outdoors, hunting, fishing and walking. She also enjoyed crafting.
Survivors include a daughter, Kelly (Robert Jr.) Stimac of Antigo; a son, Ted (Kristie) Jacobsen, Jr. of Pearson; eight grandchildren, Bobby (Melissa) Stimac, Sammy (Andrew) Stimac, Brandon Gross, Caden Schisel, Kayla (Ryan) Jacobsen, Jordan (BreAnn) Hackbarth, Brennan Livermore, Bryce Burkhart; 7 great-grandchildren; a brother, Darrel (Nancy) Bauknecht; sisters-in-law, Barbara and Jackie.
In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter and son-in-law, Kim and Geno Schisel; grandsons, Ryan Gross and Kyle Jacobsen; five brothers, Homer, Herb, Junior, Duane and Ross; and a sister, Bernie.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, April 8 at 11 a.m. at St. John Lutheran Church with Rev. Bo Baumeister officiating. Burial will take place in Pearson Cemetery at a later date.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 8 from 9 to 11 a.m. at the church.
