Bonnie Sue Sandifer, 67, of Sedalia, MO, passed away on Monday, November 10, 2025, at Four Seasons Living Center in Sedalia. She was born on June 25, 1958, in Kansas City, MO, the daughter of Mack Sandifer and Minnie Titus, who preceded her in death.
Bonnie spent the last eight years living at the Promise House, where she formed many meaningful friendships that became like family. Among those closest to her were Samantha and Martin Crabtree of Sedalia and Charlotte Vinson of Sedalia.
Bonnie was well-known around town for her daily walks and her friendly visits to local gas stations and City Safe and Lock, where she enjoyed chatting with the people she met. She was a collector of many things and had a special love for cats, especially her cherished companion, Tina. Bonnie loved to crochet and was always "almost finished" making a quilt for someone she cared about. With her fiery spirit and bright personality, Bonnie was a true firecracker-loved by everyone and a stranger to no one.
Survivors include her four children: Latasha Young of Fulton, MO; Jerry Young and Larry Young of Texas; and a daughter whose name is unknown.
Memorial contributions may be made to Rea Funeral Chapel to assist the family with cremation expenses.
