Bonnie Jean Thompson, age 84 of Long Beach, passed away on April 3, 2024 in Bay St. Louis.
Bonnie was preceded in death by her parents, Ernest and Eunice Brewer; her brothers, Earl, Jessie, Julius, Clyde and Oscar Brewer; her sisters, Margaret Tate Davis, Linda Gail Austin, Betty Lou Williams, and Aline Smith; her nephew, John Wayne Brewer; and her Big Baby Boy, Rusty Thompson.
She is survived by her children, Bradley Thompson (Lisa) and Cynthia Eighmey (Walter); her sister, Elaine Odom; her grandchildren, Stephanie Coats (Ethan), Desireé Warden (Mike Lewis), Patricia Thompson (Kendall Simmons), Priscilla Cuevas (TJ), Celeste Cutrer (Jordan), Britlee Eighmey, Kelsey Jones (Josh), Julia Sterling (Russell), and Rusty “Lil Rusty” Finnegan; her great grandchildren, Alison Lerino (Karli), Saleh, Maddox, and Lucy Coats, Jaxon and Ryker Cuevas, Colt and Makenley Simmons, Brynnon Mullikin, Kaiden and Kiayra Lewis, Hayden Frierson, Oakley Ann Sterling, and Kayce River Cutrer; and her numerous nieces and nephews.
Bonnie enjoyed being a homemaker raising her family. Her favorite activities included the simple things in life like spending time with family, growing flowers, fishing, and watching the Hallmark Channel with her little dog, Charms.
The family would like to thank the nurses and staff at Dunbar Village and Notre Dame Hospice of Mississippi for their excellent care of Bonnie.
Visitation will be Thursday, April 11, 2024, from 9:30 – 11:00 AM at the Riemann Family Funeral Home, 19130 Commission Road, Long Beach. The funeral service will be at 11:00 AM in the funeral home chapel. Interment will follow in Allen Cemetery, Long Beach.
