Boyd Maxwell “Bo” O’Neal, Sr., 73, of Mitchell County, GA, died November 16, 2023 at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital. No services will be held at this time.
Bo was born on October 21, 1950 in Haines City, FL to William Emmitt and Lommie O’Neal. He grew up there and graduated from Dundee High School in 1968. He married Helen Rogers in 1979 and they moved to Albany, GA.
Bo and Helen started their business, Helen’s Vinyl Siding and Roofing and have been in business for forty-four years. He was a deer hunter and was a huge University of Florida fan, enjoying football and baseball.
Survivors include his wife, Helen O’Neal of Mitchell County, GA, his children, Boyd M. “Bo” O’Neal, Jr. of Tifton, GA and Heather (Darren) Anderson of Mitchell County, GA, two brothers, Danny O’Neal of Lakeland, FL and Howard O’Neal of Haines City, FL and two grandchildren, Evelyn O’Neal and Boyd M. “Bo III” O’Neal.
