Boyd Copp
Boyd grew up in Riverbank, California. After graduating high school, he joined the United States Navy. After serving his country, he returned home where shorty after, he met the love of his life, Deborah. They decided to take a trip to Washington to visit friends and that trip made them decide they were moving to Cle Elum, Washington. They purchased property in Upper Peoh Point, Washington where he built two custom log homes. Boyd did so by hand and with the help of friends and family. He worked at Alpental Ski Resort in North Bend, Washington for 30 years. They lived in Upper Peoh Point until they both retired and moved to Rice, Washington where they spent the next several years fishing to their hearts' content.
Boyd is preceded in death by his wife Deborah Copp and brother Lloyd Copp. He is
survived by his 4 children, Amy Wait, Jack Copp, Jake Copp, and James Copp; and brothers Phillip Copp and Bill Copp.
