Brandon Ray Alexander, 36, of Michigan City, Indiana, passed away on Saturday, October 18, 2025, at his home.
Brandon was born on June 20, 1989, in Plymouth, Indiana to Rae Ann Alexander and James G. Elder.
Surviving are his parents, Rae Ann (Thomas DePriest) Alexander of Michigan City and James Elder of Knox; son, Taven Alexander of Hamlet; siblings,Theresa (Tito Martinez) Alexander of Rolling Prairie, Cody Elder, and Michael Lambert of Hamlet; niece, Alizay (Liam) Martinez of New Carlisle; and nephews, Joseph Zavala of Rolling Prairie and Zaiden Lambert of Mishawaka.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Jack and Carolyn Lee Henderson.
Brandon worked as a supervisor in manufacturing for Dwyer and Masonite. He had a good sense of humor. Brandon enjoyed fishing, playing Kroka with his son, going to the movies, and playing baseball and cornhole. His favorite baseball team was the White Sox. Brandon loved any time he could share with his son.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 6 pm on Friday, October 24, 2025, at Cutler Funeral Home and Cremation in La Porte.
A time of visitation will be held from 4 pm until the time of the service on Friday at the funeral home.
Cremation will take place following the service.
Memorial donations may be made to the family c/o Rae Ann Alexander, 2900 Monroe Street, La Porte, IN 46350.
