Brandon Michael Fisher left this world on July 20, 2025, in Elgin, Texas, at the age of 44. Brandon was born in Pasadena, Texas on February 16, 1981, and adopted at birth by Patti J. DeVoll Fisher and Robert G. (Bobby) Fisher.
The family moved to Elgin, Texas in 1986. Brandon spent his early years at “the property” with his cousins Wendy, Eddie, and Charles, just being country kids. It was not long before he became fascinated with sound systems: radios, speakers (the bigger and louder the better) and all things electronic. This fascination lasted throughout his lifetime.
Brandon is survived by his mother, Patti J. DeVoll; father, Bobby Fisher and sweetheart Lori Davis; the loves of his life Ashley Jones and her sons Ethan and A.J. Also surviving him are his aunts and uncles: Ann Franz, David Fisher, Barbara Preece, Patricia Hatcher, Tammy Fisher, Mike Preece, Diana Allen, Sandra Hierholzer, and Michael Devoll.
Cousins: Tammy, Wendy, Eddie, Kelly, Michael, Shawn, Crystal, Joey, Charles, Danielle, Matt, Kaylee, Ryan, Shalene, Cody, Chad, Cade, Stuart, Tyler, and Stephanie. He will also be missed by his Crowell, Texas family, numerous second cousins, extended family and loving friends.
Brandon was preceded in death by his grandparents Robert E. Fisher and Dorothy L. Fisher, C E DeVoll and Essie Ray DeVoll, uncles Tommy Fisher, Allen Hatcher, Gene Franz, Mark Fisher and aunt Susan DeVoll.
Brandon was a friend to all who crossed his path. He never met a child he did not treat as his own. He was the man who always had a smile on his face and a twinkle in his eye, looking for the best in others and at the same time, he was fiercely protective of his family and friends.
There were many ups and downs in Brandon’s life, but life never broke him. The love that lived in him was the largest part of who he was. If you were blessed to have him in your life, know that he cherished your friendship.
Brandon left us too early, too suddenly and without the opportunity to be sure he knew just how special he was and how much we loved him. Brandon was not taken from us; he was never ours to own. He was a gift from God with a return date. Surely the Lord welcomed Brandon at the gates of Heaven, where he has found everlasting peace.
