In Loving Memory of Brandon Lee Gandara

July 14, 2003 – September 24, 2025

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Brandon Lee Gandara, who left this world peacefully on September 24, 2025, in Fort Worth, Texas, surrounded by his loving family.
Brandon was born on July 14, 2003, in Fort Worth to David Gandara Sr. and Monica Gandara. From a young age, he brought light, laughter, and warmth to everyone around him. He graduated high school in 2020 and was incredibly proud to be accepted into Louisiana State University, where he planned to pursue his dreams with dedication and excitement.
Brandon had a deep passion for life. He loved playing 1v1 matches on Fortnite with his family, sharing countless laughs and memories. He found joy in fitness-not only working out himself but inspiring others to become their strongest, healthiest selves. He had a gift for motivation and made sure those around him always felt encouraged and supported.
One of Brandon's greatest loves was motorcycles. He spent time every day working on his bikes, always striving to improve them. Whether tuning, cleaning, or just riding, his connection to his motorcycles reflected his spirit: fast, fearless, and always moving forward.
But above all, Brandon will be remembered for his kind and generous heart. If he saw someone hurting, he would do whatever it took to make them smile again. He was a protector by nature-deeply devoted to his family, and someone whose love was constant and unconditional. He cherished late-night talks, shared dreams, and close-knit bonds that words can hardly capture. His presence brought comfort, and his absence leaves a space that cannot be filled.
Brandon is survived by his parents, Monica and David Gandara, and his brothers David Gandara Jr., Matthew Ryan Gandara, Austin Nathan Howard, Noel Martinez, and Kevin Avila. He is also survived by his grandmothers, Arcenia Gandara and Deborah Henderson, as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends who were deeply touched by his life.
He is preceded in death by his grandfathers, Juan Gandara and Edgar Allen Henderson.
A visitation to honor Brandon's life will be held on Saturday, October 4th at 12:00 PM at Azle & Lake Worth Funeral Home. The funeral service will begin at 1:00 PM, followed immediately by a committal service at Azleland Cemetery & Memorial Park, located at 850 N. Cardinal Rd., Azle, TX 76020.
Brandon's memory will live on in every life he touched. He was a son, a brother, a grandson, and a friend-but most of all, he was a light in this world. May he rest in eternal peace.
