Brandon Dale Robinson, 44, of Seymour, passed away on Friday, July 11, 2025, at Schneck Medical Center. He was born in Columbus, Indiana, on May 8, 1981, to Johnnie Shelton and the late Bryon Robinson.
He was a graduate of Liberty Christian Academy. Brandon was a loving father, grandfather, brother, son, and friend to all.
Survivors include his two sons, Breydon Robinson and Gage (Cherith Phillips) Robinson; his mother, Johnnie (Kevin) Shelton; grandchildren, Rumer Robinson and Kansas Robinson; his fur grandbaby, Chico; brothers, Ed (Buffie) Mitchell and B.D. Robinson; and sisters, Michelle (Michael) Rhodes, Elaina (Deji) Adeniyi, Shavonne Moyer, Valerie Shelton, Hannah Robinson, Adale Durham, grandparents Mike and Linda Garris, grandmother Anna Garris, and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, Bryon Robinson; brother Michael Robinson; paternal grandparents, Flora and Hewey Robinson; step-grandparents, Carroll and Elaine Shelton; maternal grandfather, Jesse Crea; and nephew, Eric Rhodes.
A Celebration of Life gathering will be held on Friday, July 18, 2025, from 9:30am to 10:30am at Burkholder Chapel of Thorne Family Funeral Homes, 419 North Chestnut Street, Seymour, Indiana. A private graveside service will be held at a later time.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Scotty Wessel and Jon Pace at Burkholder Chapel in Seymour.
